Robert “SilverFox” Fox is a veteran educator and fitness professional based in Cambridge, Ontario.

Now in his lates 70s, Rob brings more than three decades of experience as both a certified YMCA group fitness instructor and a dedicated elementary school teacher.

For 33 years, he taught in the classroom. For over 30 years, he has taught movement, strength, balance, and wellness to adults of all ages. His unique background allows him to translate complex ideas — whether about the body or the brain — into simple, practical lessons people can immediately apply.

Rob lives in Cambridge, Ontario, and remains deeply active in his community. He continues to teach fitness classes, coach individuals, and promote lifelong learning through movement.
